I’ve been coming to ambassador vet hospital for quite a while now and at first I must say I had mixed opinions about some of my first experiences. The front desk and vet techs have sometimes been a bit short in what’s already an uncomfortable time for a pet parent however I’m also aware that this can’t be an easy job. In recent times I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Michael who has truthfully made my vet visits much more enjoyable with his kindness and compassion. He truly seems like he loves what he’s doing and has helped me and my dogs in times of stress and uncertainty. He is one of the main reason I am giving five stars and will be continuing to come back.

I have been taking my dogs here since '21, Dr. Meina and Dr. Angelos are our favorites but everyone is friendly. They've always helped us through every step in an accident or illness and made sure we understood what was happening. I did have an incident a couple months back with a newer worker that accidentally let my dog run into the lobby. She was fine just scary to think what if the door was open and she ran into the street.
